I think every body part is important for human being and you have to maintain it. for that reason you should try to do some physical exercise to remove the upper lower and back fat. some exercises are specially effective for that like Crunch, Raised Knee-In, Flutter Kicks, Side Plank and Oblique V-Up. I hope this will be helpful for you.
You can't spot reduce fat. So just keep losing and eventually it will come off. Plus once you get to goal and stop losing, your fat does redistribute for a while.
