Day 4 of getting it in!!!
Although my 1st day, I felt like I was 354-lbs. again, that first day was rough for me. I am beyond out of shape, and I know it will take time to rebuild my stamina back up! I came from the heavy wt. club, so at that point and time walking was all I could do anyway. Soon I will add some jogging to my regiment. I love step aerobics and biking, ( which I hope to get back into this up & coming spring

It is a run/walk program, building endurance. So in the beginning it is for X amount of time but then it moves to distance (5K) as you progress. Jog was all I could do initially, now I just fast enough to call it running. :D
