Exercise is not my friend, but I know I need it to enhance desired wt. loss. So there you have it. It must be done, there is no way around it period. I will call my self a walker I am almost 7 yrs. out in March. And striving to lose some regain ;-( (30lbs.)
Although my 1st day, I felt like I was 354-lbs. again, that first day was rough for me. I am beyond out of shape, and I know it will take time to rebuild my stamina back up! I came from the heavy wt. club, so at that point and time walking was all I could do anyway. Soon I will add some jogging to my regiment. I love step aerobics and biking, ( which I hope to get back into this up & coming spring . I am just happy that I have gotten it in, no matter what for the past 4 days. I was supposed to begin Monday, but I have not stopped since Tuesday. My goal is to workout a min. of 5-days and the max @ 7-days. In reading you all seem to be intense, hitting the gym with weights and all, I am not there as yet, but perhaps one day. I have a treadmill, but I enjoy walking out doors more, I have even beard it twice this wk. in the cold degree weather. I finally got the food modified , the water, protein and vits. back in as well, and last was the EXCERCISE! This 50lbs. is coming off!

Every day is better than the day before...and it was a pretty great day!

It is a run/walk program, building endurance. So in the beginning it is for X amount of time but then it moves to distance (5K) as you progress.  Jog was all I could do initially,  now I just fast enough to call it running. :D

you can do if you want. so try to get continue and rigid on that that you must have to do. yes, exercise is not a choice for anyone. it is a requirement for body fitness.
