30 min spin class - didn't -push "too" hard since I had my half  on Saturday

Eschewing training schedule (I'm so naughty! ), did a 2 mile run in my new/old trail shoes... bought a pair of Saucony Peregrin 2 shoes on eBay for something crazy-cheap and just HAD to try them out.... discovered a little trail path near my house and the shoes worked very well on that. Road & sidewalk, not so much - kinda felt like I had heavy pillows strapped to the bottom of my feet!

Rode my bike to the coffee shop and back...about 2 miles each way.  Later rode to the Urologist and back...About 2 miles each way.  PS...Prostate is fine...TOO MUCH INFORMATION!!!
