Monday Workout
Eschewing training schedule (I'm so naughty! ), did a 2 mile run in my new/old trail shoes... bought a pair of Saucony Peregrin 2 shoes on eBay for something crazy-cheap and just HAD to try them out.... discovered a little trail path near my house and the shoes worked very well on that. Road & sidewalk, not so much - kinda felt like I had heavy pillows strapped to the bottom of my feet!
