Ran 3 miles...feeling meh, but happy to get my work done!

I ran 5 today and it was nice to not have it be so brutally cold as my last two runs have been!!  I wore my warm pants but only three tops and ended up tying my jacket around my waist after a few miles, but kept my quarter zip pullover on. 

    

HW333--SW 289--GW of 160 5' 11" woman.  I only know the way I know & when you ask for input/advice, you'll get the way I've been successful through my surgeon & nutritionist. Please consult your surgeon & nutritionist for how to do it their way.  Biggest regret? Not doing this 10 years ago! Every day is better than the day before...and it was a pretty great day!

Did 3.5 miles with my buddy/coach just to clear our minds after some stressful days.... I'd run in rain/sleet/snow/winds just to get my running therapy on!
