Hi All,

I am looking for a really good arm and upper body workout to try to avoid a lot of loose skin.  I'm young so hoping collagen will be on my side and help my skin bounce back some, but weights and toning are going to be my best friends!  Any workouts that you have done that worked really well for you?

I have no restrictions with working out from the doc and am pretty active on a daily basis.  I did tear my shoulder up a year ago and had to have surgery with several months of physical therapy, so I will have to start with lower weight and higher reps to strengthen it again.

Any suggestions are greatly appreciated!

I have the lolo arm and ab workouts on my phone. I got them free, but purchased the lolo half marathon program, so I don't know if you have to buy one to get the other. But I would pay for the other two if they had not been free. Excellent programs!

Please consult your surgeon & nutritionist for how to do it their way.  Biggest regret? Not doing this 10 years ago! Every day is better than the day before...and it was a pretty great day!

i think that doing proper exercise will give you solution. I also did it and gain exact result. i have tried some of the exercises.

  • Pilates press
  • strap happy shaper
  • dip kick
  • plank arm row and rotate
  • down dog to up dog

but if you are facing some trouble, at first you should consult the doctor.
