Wednesday Workout
We did speedwork, about 5 miles (1 mi warm-ups, cool downs, and 10x200 fast with 200 recoveries). Man, I needed an intense workout b/c I'd had such a stressful day! Running with my gal pals and racing the guys really helped me just leave all that frustration out on the track!
