Tuesday workouts/training/etc
Despite the insane cold (between 17 to 12 degrees temp, god only knows what the wind chill was!), I went on a 5.68 mile run with my buddy/coach. We wore some serious layers - - think the kid in Christmas Story - - and stayed pretty warm but pace suffered due to how much effort it took just to move against the wind & cold!

We Floridians must have thin blood or something lol. It was windchill of 7* and I was pretty sure I was going to turn into a popsicle just walking to the gym.

Treadmill hills - start at 3% incline, 3.5 speed; increase incline by 3% every minute; then 2 minutes at 15%; 2nd set 2 min, increase by 5% to 15
Stations - 15reps, 5 rounds
