Monday workouts/training/etc
Hi all! It's supposed to get colder here tonight (really?) so got my run in this afternoon - bundled up like a fool but got 4 miles in at 10 min/mile pace. Solo run, since I think one of my running buddies has dropped off the face of the earth.... How about you guys? Digging oneself out of the snow counts as exercise, too, ya know...

I finally bought a pass to the rec center so I can get some running and fitness in. This winter has just gotten me down with the cold :(.
I have only logged 25 miles since my last 1/2 marathon in mid November and have been snacking more. The result has he pissed at myself!
I did have a good workout and put in about 2 miles and put me in a better mood.
Pressing on tonight after work for more miles and some upper body.
