Friday - 6am Spinnerval class

Saturday I had zero "oomph" after loading / unloading / storing 350lbs of animal feed and a bale of straw, then feeding /watering critters.  I went to the gym anyway and struggled through (2) 500m rows, about 15 min of a Spin DVD and then a 1 mile jog.

At half time of the 49er's game I rode my bike to Subway and got two foot longs for my wife and me...I enjoy the the tuna will a lot of vegetables...It lasts several days for me.  Then after the 49ers won!!!!!!  I rode my usual route around the neighborhood.  I had to deal with a 67 degrees day out here in Northern California...Oh, the humanity...
