Thursday Workout
Trainer day - celebrated it being the 2nd day of 2014 with 2 rounds fo 6 stations alternating 20 and 14 reps lol
I don't remember which one had which reps
- 16" box jumps
- dumbbell clean and press (increased from 20 to 25lb)
- in / out jump squats
- assisted pull ups
- 65lb reverse lunges
- I don't remember the last station!

It has been colder than normal here, though nothing like what is going on in NE! I have been considering buying a Y membership so I can use the indoor track when it is nasty out. For now I have stocked up on warm pants and a three part top.

Please consult your surgeon & nutritionist for how to do it their way. Biggest regret? Not doing this 10 years ago! Every day is better than the day before...and it was a pretty great day!
