.25 mile sprints, started at 6.5, ended on 7.0
105lb front squats
captain's chair pushups (last 2 sets she changed the form and they were TOUGH)
straight arm overhead extensions - 20lb first set, 25lb rest of them
Getting ready to head out to my first Piloxing class. My trainer assures me it doesn't require more coordination than I am capable of lol
Did a 8 mile run. I need to not rationalize my cookie weakness as fuel for runs....
