Had very little time to do the planned 3 mile run per our training schedule but managed to squeek in 2.23miles at a 7:59min/mile pace!! Now if I could only do that pace for 26.2 miles, I'd qualify for Boston! Ha ha ha, not gonna happen this year for sure....
