Weekend workouts/training/etc
Sat: Ran 7 miles with my coach/friend and people from her XMP (experienced marathoners program) group, who talked about trail running & ultras.... If I keep running with them, I will be drinking their kool-aid! Started out faster but since we did hills, averaged 11:45 pace.
Sun: scheduled to run 8 miles at 10:30-10:45 pace. Hopefully we do it sans-ice.
