Wednesday workouts
Track workout today for our Winter Half prgm: 3x400, 2x800, 1x1200 with 400s recoveries and warmup on track. Kinda icy, so we didn't try to run too fast but were on race pace for the whole thing and had a blast talking with new & old friends!!
