Weekend workouts/training/etc

Our long run for tomorrow was rescheduled due to weather - gonna plain suck tomorrow - but unfortunately I was working so I couldn't join the group. Did a solo run of 7 miles at 9:54 min/mile pace and felt good b/c I focused on my form (instead of ruminating about how much I hate running alone!). Probably not going to go out tomorrow at all, unless the weather lets up, and may help some friends put up their Xmas deco....

On a running-related note, today was apparently an innaugural Rocky Run 50k in Philly, that retraces the route from the movie.... I'm thinking that if they do it again next year, that might just be an ultra that I could handle!

Ran an easy 3 miles today..gotta start ramping up would like to do a 1/2 marathon in March and have to get to training for it...nfarris79 simply put u r a beast!!! 50K is cra cra

did some strength training yesterday. Today covered 4 miles with run/walk intervals.

I have my eye on running a 5k very soon without walk intervals. The thought of adding a zero between 5 and k is nutsos in my book! In a good, motivating way.

I am creating my own revolution and PAMdemonium reigns!
