Wednesday workouts

We had our orientation for the Winter Half Marathon Program and did a 3 mile group run at 10:30 pace. SO warm up here that I may not want to crack out my winter gear just yet..... And caved to peer pressure, so I'm registered for both the Anthem Half Marathon in March in VA Beach AND the Nike Women's Half in DC in April. Heck, why don't I just throw in the Frederick Half in May? Yeah, I'm crazy like that.

That SOUNDS crazy to me....but very impressive and motivating.

I covered 3 miles working on my run walk intervals.

...AND I signed up for my first 5k - The Jingle Bell Jog on the 14th of December.

lol and I thought I was nuts for doing a half in November, January and March!!  You are truly one of those "crazy" runners lol
