1st 5k time 40:34 (Dec 2013)
Did 2 runs on Tuesday w/ 2 different friends: 5.5 miles with my friend/coach at 2p, then 3.25 miles with my other friend at 4p. Running errands b/w runs gave my legs a good rest!
