Oh my mercy..... I had a horrible couple of days with bad food choices. Bad food choices = bad fuel for workouts, and my trainer kicked my booty today!

65lb straightleg deadlifts

jump pullups with a hang
500m row
decline situps with 12lb med ball
back extensions
500m row

Then 30 min extreme cycle class, then 1/2 mile jog with dog I am "baby sitting"
