Thursday Workout

Hi All...I did a 45 minute Group Cycle class...I prefer to run, but have taken these cycle classes and have really started to enjoy them!

1 hr on the treadmill 4 mph speed and 1 hr lifting weights at the gym.

I love my cycle classes!!

 Thursday was trainer day.... Tabata's   (20sec work, 10 sec rest, 8 rounds per exercise until complete, then next station)
burpees, 20lb one handed snatch, 35lb kettle bell swing.... and I forget the other station!!

Then 20/10 sprints on the treadmill, 16 rounds  - 7.5mph
