5 mile Race PR

I ran a 5 mile race today. Finished in 41:20, for an 8:18 mile. I finished 70th out of over 200 runners!! Still, I was hoping to finish in under 40 minutes, but happy with my time as it was almost 8 minutes than the same race last year!!

That is ROLLIN!! 8 minute pace for 5 miles is VERY VERY nice... I am hoping to work on speed now, try to set some new PRs as well, will have to see if I can catch u!
