Tuesday Training
Met with the trainer today -
500m on the rowing machine for warm up
then 21,15,9 reps of
60lb thrusters (squat to 12" box)
decline mountain climbers (reps per leg, ie 21 each,)
then 500m Sprint on rower, 500m cool down
30 min Xtreme cycle class
Then an ortho appointment to have my shoulder checked, again. Doc is ordering an MRI with contrast to check for lesions / thickening of the lining of the joint and "weight lifter's shoulder"
