Woooo upper body day - typing like a T-Rex
3min warm up on TM, then hills - every 30sec increase incline by 2% up to 12, jog 1 minute then back down to 5 for a minute, then every 30 sec up 2% to 15 and jog 2 minutes.
EMOM - every minute on the minute - 20 minutes or 10 rounds each station
Odd minutes 8 clean and press (55lb)
Even minutes 15 chest press (55lb) - dropped to 10 for last few rounds
my arms were at complete fatigue / depletion by the last 2 rounds. Wow.. Wow.
