Thursday Workouts
I have been absolutely exhausted all week - even cancelled my trainer session on Tuesday. Didn't do any good, I still didn't sleep. *sigh*
Back to it today
12 reps, 5 rounds
walking lunges w/ 35lb plate (6 each leg)
burpees to box step up (16" box)
80lb lat pull downs
then a 250m sprint on the rowing machine
I was wiped. Out. Then the other trainer came out and asked if I was doing her cycle / circuit class. I hadn't planned on it and she said she had planned it with me in mind. Ugh
Cycle, then 45 secs work at following stations
- TRX overhead pull, then row
- 35lb Sumo Squat high pull
- BOSU pushup / spiderman
- TRX Plank
then cycle, circuit
