Met with my trainer today for a butt kicking and she delivered!

about 300m row for warm up then 3 rounds of :

500m row for time
20 (35lb) Kettlebell swings
10 Captains chair pushups

Then 50 decline situps / 50 low back extensions broken up into smaller sets

Then 30 minute Xtreme Cycle class

ran with my buddy for 4 miles at 9:57 min/mile pace... we're just so psyched for MCM!!!
