Left knee/leg doing good, stretching daily and a good massage last night that the wife had scheduled a while back and it was a happy coincidence for my training!!

YAY MCM!!!

I met with the trainer today. Getting really frustrated with the performance I turn in (or lack thereof) even though I am going all out. I am going to have my iron checked again and see if I am still anemic. And I know I am not properly hydrated.

Anyway

500m row for time - 1:58

then 1min each:
walking lunge w/ 25lb plate overhead
frog jumps w/ trainer hold me by a resistance band around my waist
BOSU Glute bridges - last 30 seconds split w/ one leg up then the other
BOSU plank w/ toe taps off the BOSU

Finish with another 500m row for time - 2:03
