30 minute extreme cycle class

Trainer - 3 rounds of 3 stations, 1 min work, no planned rest
55lb clean and press
35lb kettlebell sumo squat high pull
55lb bent over row

Then - the new ROWER!!
500m warm up / get used to the machine
Then:
30 sec sprint, 10 sec rest, 15 rounds!  I was WHOOPED

Ran 4 miles with my running buddy as part of our taper week, then came home to find out THEY MIGHT BE CANCELLING OUR MARATHON!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAgggh!!!

OMG gonna have a nervous breakdown now. Or cry. Or stampede the House office buildings and threaten to chain myself to the House floor until they stop the gov't shut down because they CAN'T cancel my first marathon that I've trained for 6 months for!!! (LJ sorry to hijack your post.... I really had every intention of not freaking out. )

No worries about the post. My friend is supposed to do the MCM for her first full marathon .... Won a bib so was in free. Her first TRI was cancelled the beginning of the month because of tropical storm threat, and now this...... She is heartbroken

I'll bet.... at least with mother nature, there's no one to be mad at. This just takes the cake....
