Wednesday workouts

We've started taper as of today, so track workout is planned 5 miles: 3x1600 at LSD to LSD-60 (anywhere from 10:30 to 9:30 min/mile), with 400 recovery laps and 1mile warm-up/cool-downs. Ugh, how am I going to be able to not push the pace and resist the urge to run more?!?! Welcome to taper madness....
