Hi all - I recently started CrossFit, and am trying to figure out how to track these workouts in MyFitnessPal..

Any suggestions? Thanks!

Hi!

MFP does not have a tracker for CF type of workouts. What I do is use a Polar Heart Monitor (to be as accurate as possible) and then just input the data from my workouts under "cardio".  I then rename my workout to "crossfit" so that I know that I did CF that particular day.

Let me know if you have any other questions.

Take care! -Larry

There are free apps for both android and iphone that are designed for crossfit. I use Workout Hero, not free but cheap. Tracks all hero and Girl WOD's plus it's searchable so you can easily find your last time / results for benchmarks.
