Man I cant wait for the day to do my first 5k race. Right now I am running at least 12 miles a week. normally on Saturdays We do our long run that is between 3-5 miles depending on where we go. I try to do at least 1 mile every other day depending on work. Some days I get to run more. My normal running trails are either 1 mile to red box, or 3.6 miles to down town and back home. I swear my times and endurance are so much better on the treadmill at the gym. But i know running outside is better for me. I ry running with my husband but he does his 5k in about 20 mins, and it takes me about 33 minutes which for me is pretty good I can do 1 mile in just under 10 mins. which is nice from the 24 it took me last year.

On a side note, I hate the racerback tan lines I have right now. GRRRR

If you're doing a 5k in 33 min and 1 mile under 10min, you've got nothing stopping you from further/faster/longer!

I tried to do an AquaBike but I hurt my back. I didn't realize it until I ran into the water. I was okay for the swim but when I got out, I was hurting and had to go really slowly to get to transition and I figured the bike ride was out of the question.

I recovered enough to go to my rehearsal in the afternoon where we learned the dance we're doing for The Merry Old Land of Oz. It wasn't too strenuous but it would have been out of the question in the morning.
