Thursday Workouts
Met with the trainer again. This was the first time I have ever fought tears in a workout. I know now why it happens on those reality shows.... super tough effort in a workout, frustration boiling over and opening up all the other "junk" inside.
60 seconds work, 15 sec transition, 4 rounds,
walking pushups
pullups (assisted) (round 2 and 4 were slow release decline pull ups)
plank w/ tricep extension (I think 5lb dumbbells?)
100 lb med ball slam (rds 1 and 3, rounds 2 and 4 were "dribbling")
elliptical sprint on level 7
Then 30 minute spin class
