When I started, I was questioning my ability to actually run a 5K and now I am doing a 5 K (though a mix of walking and running) in 48 minutes and cannot WAIT to finish the program and do a full 5K on Thanksgiving day!!

What big YEAH do you have going on with your exercise goals?

Please consult your surgeon & nutritionist for how to do it their way.  Biggest regret? Not doing this 10 years ago! Every day is better than the day before...and it was a pretty great day!
