Wednesday workouts
Did 8.53 miles at average 9:38min/mile of speedwork: 1.25 mi warm up, 7x800 LSD-60 w/400 recoveries, 1.25 mi cooldown. I love my training group! We were all in a silly mood and had each other cracking up between sets!!
