Tuesday Training
Worked with the trainer today -
21,15,9 reps
plank pulls, BOSU situps, wide pushups on lowered bar (smith machine), BOSU cross unders
Then stairs - sprint up stairs (4 flights), jog down, hop up, jog down, every other step up, jog down; 15 sec between each, 3x each
Then 30 minute spin class
Still having problems with nausea and general blah / horrible feeling after training. See the PA next week but they are starting on ulcer meds in the meantime - said it won't hurt to take them if there isn't an ulcer, but could help if there is.
