I trained with my trainer today. Used whole wheat bread, peanut butter and 1/2 a banana - did ok with that, then this afternoon had some watermelon (1 chunk from one of those prepared bowls) and nearly lost it all.  :/

3 rounds, 10 reps

walking lunges w/ 35lb plate overhead, 75# weighted back squats  to 12" box, double jumps (jump lunge, jump lunge other leg, 2 jump squats),  75# good mornings
Then 15 min on the TM - 12 @ 4.8, 1 @ 5.0 and 2 @ 5.5

Ran 9.71 miles with my "sole" sister - TGIF!! We had a great run and stayed on LSD pace (10:30)
