Wednesday workouts

Whew! Just got home from trackwork... we were supposed to run LSD-60, which would have been a 9:30 pace but it was humid/rainy & coach has been battling something GI related so our total average pace was 10 min/mile for the workout: 2000, 3200, 2000 with 400 recovery between sets. Ugh, 5 & 8 times around a track gets really old after a while....
