Monday Workouts
Usually Monday is a rest day, but my Tri group training was canceled for weather yesterday so I went to the gym.
30 minute "ABSolute Glutes" class - 15 minute EMOM (Every Minute On the Minute)
- 8 jump lunges, 5 25# goblet squats to 12 inch box, finish the minute with box jumps
Then 5 minutes of core work
Walked a mile with a co-worker tonight, might hit another mile later on. Feeling good and strong today.
Impromptu rest day - was gonna run with a former coach but she bailed on me (again) so I cleaned instead!
