Thursday workouts/training
Ran 7.25 miles at 9:47 pace. Was supposed to NOT be a solo run but my former coach bailed on me at the last minute - thank goodness I had my music on my phone and brought my earbuds! Otherwise it would have been a very quiet run....

Trainer workout today - core and upper
I got a pretty good warmup before hand - 2 pens of chickens were loose and I had to round them up / make sure they were in the right pens, all in about ankle deep mud. I feel like I should be in an episode of Swamp People.
"just" 3 stations - 20lb dumb bells push press, burpees, captain's chair straight leg raises - 10,9,8...1 reps; then 3 minutes
of jump rope
Then a crazy kickboxing class. I am going to have to go to spin instead on thursdays for a while... .all of that repetition punching did not do good things for my shoulder (that was kind of sore from the strength training already)
