Monday Workouts

Usually Monday is a rest day, but since I totally blew off the weekend, I went to the ABSolute Glutes class at the gym 

50 sec work, 10 sec rest, 4 rounds per exercise, 6 exercises.  WOO... those rest days get me everytime!

(well, that and I had an injection in my shoulder this morning and occupational therapy on my thumb this afternoon. Good times.

Off day for running, but went to the Y and did Shoulder and Leg workout...

5 miles, pace averaged out to be 9:24. I feel like I am gaining speed on my shorter runs but it is not translating to my long runs, maybe one day?
