Congrats on ur longest run...the data is impressive to say the least!!! U r gonna rock that Marathon!   I am training for my 2nd 1/2 marathon and today I wanted to go out and see how far I could go. I did 8 miles at an 11 minute pace, pretty happy as I have really not run consistently all Summer!

Wow awesome job!!!!

I took unplanned rest days Saturday AND Sunday.  Saturday I could not get up off the couch. I would get up long enough to help my mom, then back I went. I was just DONE.  Then Sunday it stormed out the Tri training group. I could have run on the TM. I didn't.

Sometimes you just gotta honor your body... As much as it chafes ya to listen, ass being glued to couch can be a sign that you're just pushing yourself too hard and rest is NEEDED! kiss I'm going thru that w/ carbs.... as much as it screams in the face of post RNY diets, I'm having to come to terms with the fact that I'm training for a marathon so the whole wheat pitas are not the devil and are in fact needed!

Wow! Great job Nicole!! You are going to do great in October.

I ran 16 miles on Saturday. Nice and slow, felt great the whole way even though it raining pretty steadily.

Awesome! Just think, after 16 miles, you'll only have 10.2 more to go!!
