WOW

  I trained with my PT today.  The first part of the month she went to a fitness conference and got a lot of new ideas. Then she came down with the flu. Today, she was back in force with new ideas!

Warm up - jump rope ~ 3 minutes while she set up stations

Stations -  plank position w/ feet on glider discs, pull myself across the aerobics room and back just using arms

lateral bear crawl across room and back

jump lunge with 8lb dumb bell front raise / lateral raise/ overhead press (2 each leg)

10 burpees using a weighted bar across an aerobics bench, burpee to overhead press with bar

Plank w/ feet on aerobics bench - 3 sec leg raise 5x each leg

Side plank w/ feet on bench, knee to chest, 5x each leg

3 rounds, and then jump rope 3 minutes

 

Then 30 minute spin class
