Thursday workouts/training
Solo run of 4 miles at a pitiful pace (which I'd love to upload if my Garmin ever connects...). Ugh.

4 mile easy run today that wasn't so easy.
I'm struggling a bit lately. I'm tired, I have zero energy and I'm just barely getting through my training runs and doing nothing physical outside of the training plan. I hope that I perk up soon!
How are you on your labs? I find low energy, bad mood even, when I'm low on B12. Make sure there are no deficiencies, enough calories to fuel you, hydration, managing stress, etc, as they can all play a factor in your runs.

My labs are pretty good. My B12 is great, vitamin D is good, iron levels good. My protein was a little low back in Juneand I've made a conscious effort to get extra protein is in. I'll have that rechecked at the end of September.
I've not been eating the best lately. I stay within my calorie range and am rarely hungry but I think the quality of my diet could be better. Also, I have a UTI that I just started taking antibiotics for today. I've symptoms for over a week but put off going to the doctor. Couple that with working tons of overtime and gearing back up for school and extracurricular activities for my kiddos, I'm just a little run down.
Obviously, I need to do better at maintaining myself or I'm going to be run into the ground and not be able to do anything!
10 mile bike ride.
