Wednesday workouts
Leaving shortly for track workout: ladder of 400-800-1200-1200-800-400 with 400 recovery laps at LSD-60. So guess we'll be doing laps at 9:30 pace, ugh!!! Speedwork kicks my ass.....

5 mile tempo run. I ate very questionably on Tuesday night, got about 3 hours of sleep and then went out in the middle of the day for my run. The first 3 miles were okay. I was barely hanging on for mile 4, wondering if the gut bomb that was my dinner the night before was going to make me pain. I got done and got home.
Some runs you just gut out and get done....Learning experience!
