What can I use at home to put muscle for my upper body (arms, chest, shoulders, shoulder blades) that I can buy at the store let alone use item(s) that I might have home to use? Also I would like to shrink/tighten up my "bat wings", What can I use to do that? Any tips.

Thank you in advance.

Well, unfortunately once skin is grown - it's grown - so batwings don't usually snap back. PS is on my "lotto wishlist"! As far as strength training, things like resistant bands & free weights are good and not usually expensive - anywhere from sports stores to thrift shops to eBay! YouTube also has good videos on exercises to do at home to target areas....

I do have two 5 pound free weights and two 5 pound ankle weights. I'll check out some stores around in my neighborhood and find out what they have and I'll take a look on youtube too. I like the TRX system. It's good for your whole body and you can take it anywhere.

I'll check out the stores in my area and other stores to find out if they sell the TRX system or something similar to it, I'll even check out the link that you posted in your reply to  my post. Thank you for your reply and info.
