Manic Monday Workouts
Normally a rest day but my trainer is going out of town so we changed around some.
Trainer - plank walk 1 side of the aerobics room wall, bear crawl one, plank walk w/ other arm leading, crab walk; repeat (total of 3x)
Then: 3 rounds of 10 reps
20lb chest press w/ leg raises
90lb lat rpulls
15lb dumb bell bicep curl / overhead press standing on BOSU
BOSU burpees
Then 50 back extensions
15 min mile walk on TM between trainer and noon class
noon class - 30 min ABSolute Glutes class (we call it squat-palooza)
Was supposed to be a rest day for me too but my friend proposed a run and since I haven't seen her for 3 weeks, we chatted for 6 miles this afternoon at an easy 11:30 pace!
