Wednesday Workouts ???
Been so busy this week I hadn't had a chance to be on OH for days! Weds was 8 miles with marathon group - 2 repeats of 10x400s at 10m/m and 10:30m/m paces alternating, then 1.25 warm ups and cool downs.
