Does anyone know of a good exercise to get your arms back?  Surgery is not an option.  Has anyone tried the body wraps?

Lift weights build your triceps biceps and shoulders and that should make the flabby skin less apparent.  Just and FYI that is what I did

Depending on how much excess skin you have is how much of a difference toning will make.  Nothing besides surgery will make the excess skin go away.  Toning can build and define the underlying muscle filling in where the fat used to be and lessen to some degreee the appearance of excess skin.

I started at 235 pounds and my arms look great. I work out a lot, no one would even notice the tiny amount of lose skin I have.

It works if you work it; it sorta works if you sorta work it; and it doesn't work if you don't work it.

I exercise my arms, shoulders & chest religiously. I now have flabby arms hanging off of well defined muscles.  Of course, I'm post menopausal, so flabby skin is an issue regardless of weight! I still wear sleeveless cause I look so much better than before & I'm proud.  Flabby, but proud!!
