Tuesday workouts
Just got home from a (nearly) 6 mile run with a group of local gals... averaged a 10:58 min/mile pace b/c one of the ladies is battling injuries so we did a couple walk breaks, which was fine by me because they're usually much faster than me!
ETA: did a couple more miles at 9:29 pace! Gonna see if I can put in some 2-a-days this week b/c the rungries are off the hook this week....

First day really back in the gym in just over a week. Tri training does not keep you prepared for the gym, just saying.
