Wednesday workouts
My last exercise post until after the holiday.... we've got marathon group training: track work, something called a "dollar run" 2x10 laps which I'm guessing is sprints & passing a dollar bill among group members, with 1.25 mile warm up and cool downs.
Not running while out of town, will only be missing 1 solo run, and NOT going to log my food intake... just going to focus on having a good time with family and eating whatever appeals to me without fretting over anything. Have a happy 4th everyone!
