Friday Workouts
Met with the trainer today - skipped Spinnerval because I was tired. I felt horrible about missing, but have promised to do what my trainer asks of me as far as rest through July.
Anyway - trainer workout EMOM - Every Minute On the Minute
5 hang and cleans (55lbs first and 2 last sets, 65lbs in between)
3 Burpees
then finish out the minute with BOSU Plank jacks
Planning a treadmill run if the weather doesn't hold, also gonna scrape the ceiling popcorn at my parent's house.
Ran 5 miles - ment it to be 6 but it was raining so hard that I actually couldn't run at pace and just plain ran out of time...
