Opinions on Gazelle exercise machine? cross-post with VSG forum
Can anyone share their experiences with this? I have seen one offered on freecycle and was wondering if it would be worth using if I were chosen to receive it. Thanks!

I just now noticed your post, so sorry if its too late to be helpful. I actually dislocated my hip on one of those....they have no safety, or at least the model I was using didn't, and there is no way to control how far apart your legs split open other than your own muscles...so if you slip it's possible to really get hurt.
Thanks for letting me know. I'm so sorry you had to find that out the hard way! I had decided to pass on the Gazelle because opinions on the 'net were so mixed.
